A waterfront property at 24 Spring Street in Saunderstown, was sold Friday for $2.4 million. The property was on the market for only 78 days, according to Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty, and the sale price is the highest achieved in North Kingstown since 2010 according to MLS data. Sales associates Jay Serzan and Jose Aguon of Gustave White Sotheby’s represented the seller, William and Alexis Pelton.
The 1.3 acre Spring Street property has nearly 200 feet of water frontage with a dock sited on the West Passage of Narragansett Bay. The property offers a main house built in 2003 with approximately 6,338 square feet of living space plus a Carriage House with a guest apartment. The property was listed in June for $2,875,000 and lowered to $2,475,000 in August.
